American singer Avril Lavigne has teamed up with Prizeo, a platform for influencers to raise money and awareness for their chosen causes, to raise funds and help children and families with Lyme disease, through the The Avril Lavigne Foundation.

Lavigne, who was diagnosed with the disease last year, said 'With just a small donation to my foundation, you can support people recovering from Lyme disease, get cool rewards and you'll be entered for a chance to have your voice be in Charming, my latest animated film, and meet me - I'm the voice of Snow White!'.
